This is the new terms in the new standard. It mainly prompts the users to avoid using the zipper incorrectly which may brings some quality problems to the products in the process of using zipper, then, causing some disputes. In fact, it clears the responsibility of the quality when using the
zipper. It includes five aspects:
First, choosing right specifications for the zipper. Obviously, under different circumstances and requirements, the specifications are different so as to meet and demonstrate the functional characteristics and advantages of zipper.
Second, some quality problems due to the wrong handling methods in the process of using zipper, like the color transfering between the zippers.
Third, mainly prompting the user to pay attention to some problems when washing and ironing.
Fourth, reminding the users to prevent zipper accessories from occurring chemical reaction in the post-processing process. It may cause some color changes to the zipper accessories(slider, zipper teeth, top stop, bottom stop)
Fifth, the correct methods of using zipper. For example, using appropriate speed and strength to pull the zipper; the opening and closing speed of the zipper should not be greater than 1500mm / min; using correct handling methods when the zipper can not be pulled smoothly, or other specific using rules.
