Reinforced zipper is an emerging high-tech zipper. It combines the advantages of nylon zipper, plastic zipper and metal zipper. It is beautiful and durable. It fills the gap of new zipper varieties in my country and is suitable for luggage, clothing, outdoor sports and other fields.

It has the following characteristics:

1. Good physical properties:

Reinforced zipper elements are made of imported “nylon 66” material. Nylon 66 itself is an engineering plastic, and there is a polyester thread connected in series at the end of each element, so the physical properties of the zipper are not inferior. Same model as nylon/resin/metal zippers. Taking the 5# reinforced zipper as an example, its flat pull strength, single tooth strength, smoothness, reciprocating pull and other properties are greater than the 5# plastic steel zipper and the 5th metal zipper.

2. Environmental protection and good comprehensive performance:

The characteristics of nylon 66 are flame resistance, high tensile strength (up to 104kPa), wear resistance, good electrical insulation, heat resistance (heat deformation temperature at 455kPa is above 150℃), melting point 150~250℃, molten resin It has high fluidity and the chain elements made of nylon 66 ensure high strength, firmness, environmental protection, fire resistance, cold resistance, friction resistance and other advantages.

3. The material is light and does not deform:

(1) The lightness of the material is reflected in:

Because the reinforced zipper is injection-molded with nylon 66 and has many empty parts in the back teeth, and is finally folded and sewn in half, its weight is equivalent to that of the same type of nylon chain. It is lighter and easier to store and transport than the same type of plastic steel zipper and metal zipper.

(2) No deformation is reflected in:

• The centerline positioning between the pull teeth runs through the entire zipper and is not easy to shift. At the same time, it has a dual positioning effect on the overall flatness of the zipper.
• The tooth head is split on both sides and is also a whole.
• Each chain element is sewn together and made into a whole.

4. More wear-resistant and durable than nylon chain:

Because there is a groove in the middle of each chain element, and the suture is just in this groove, the groove design prevents the suture from contacting the slider, thereby extending the service life and ensuring the smoothness of the zipper.

5. Not easy to be brittle, with changeable styles and colors:

The use of the emerging material “nylon 66” avoids the fatal weakness of traditional injection molded zippers that are easily brittle when exposed to cold, while retaining the requirements for plastic zippers to be varied in color and style.

6. Good resistance to oxidation and corrosion:

Because the material is made of polyester yarn and nylon 66 as the main raw materials, it is more resistant to oxidation and corrosion than metal zippers.

• 2. The reinforced zipper uses a metal slider because the thickness of the chain elements is equivalent to that of a metal zipper. Take the 5# reinforced zipper as an example.
